By booking a reading or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not book a session. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a reading.

 

2. Nature of the Service

• Entertainment Only: Under applicable law, tarot readings are classified as being for entertainment purposes only.

• No Professional Advice: A tarot reading is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Tangled In Tarot LLC does not diagnose illnesses or provide legal/financial forecasts.

• Personal Responsibility: You agree that any actions taken following a reading are your own responsibility. The cards provide a "snapshot" of energy, not a fixed or guaranteed destiny.

 

3. Payment and Refunds

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• Refund Policy: * Refunds are only issued if Tangled In Tarot LLC cancels the appointment.

  • If you are a "no-show" or cancel with less than 1 hours' notice. There is no fee for cancellations.

  • Once a reading has been performed, no refunds will be issued based on "accuracy" or dissatisfaction with the message received.

 

4. Ethics and Code of Conduct

I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Questions regarding illegal activities.

• Questions about your own legal situations.

• Questions about pregnancy.

• Questions about your own medical health.

• Questions about the private lives or medical health of third parties (e.g., "Is my ex dating someone new?").

• Harassment or abusive behavior during a session.

• Excessive "reading hopping" (asking the same question repeatedly within a short timeframe).

 

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

Your reading is confidential. I will not share your personal information or the details of your session with third parties, except where required by law (e.g., if there is a threat of harm to self or others).

 

6. Limitation of Liability

Tangled In Tarot LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of this service or the interpretation of the reading. You use these services at your own risk.
